Here is how it works: When you see an item in the Filson or Orvis catalog that we do not carry in stock call us with the necessary information and we will place that order, have it shipped directly to you or to the store, (which ever is easiest for you), and you pay no shipping charges. If the item ordered does not satisfy you we will ship it back at no cost! This policy allows our customers the opportunity to see items up close before they decide to purchase.
